The campus is located at a distance of 30 kms from Udaipur city and about 5 kms from the Udaipur airport on the National Highway 76 towards Chittorgarh. Over 600,000 sq. ft. area in several stages shall be built on the 30 acres land purchased from the Government of Rajasthan. The first phase of 125,000 sq.ft. area was ready by September 2007. A further land area of 70 acres is also under consideration and will make the campus a 100 acres modern educational institution. The campus architectural design has been given by M/s Sachdev Eggleston Associates, a Delhi based architect firm and the construction is being done by M/s Khurana Constructions, M/s Naveen Construction Co and M/s Tulsi Construction Co.
The fully residential campus is ecologically friendly, with water recycling by a state-of-the-art Sewage Treatment Plant. A modern reverse osmosis water treatment plant ensures safe and clean drinking campus-wide. Landscaping is being done by an eminent Udaipur based horticulturist. The entire campus would be networked to facilitate electronic communications and internet connectivity. Each student and every residence on the campus have Internet connectivity through our 4 Mbps Optical fibre based state of the art campus Intranet. All bathrooms will have hot and cold water facilities.
The campus security would be maintained by the country’s leading security firm. Banking, postal and medical facilities will be provided on campus, with an arrangement with a renowned hospital Udaipur for emergency medical treatment.
